CMWP COMMITTEE COORDINATOR

Oversee all committees
Update President & VP of committee initiatives
Address any committee concerns
Onboard new committee members
Track committee progress

MEMBERSHIIP

Onboard new members
Check-in with existing members
Outreach to prospective members
Maintain membership database
Create and own member directory
Address and resolve member concerns
Inform Marketing Committee of new members

MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA

Develop social media and marketing collateral for CMW events
Send email marketing campaigns for events and new members
Manage CMWP’s IG, FB, and Clubhouse accounts
Post 3-4 days a week on IG and FB
Manage Clubhouse members and events

PROGRAMMING & EVENTS

Plan and organize virtual and in-person events
Setup all technical event processes and automated systems
Create programming calendar
Recruit high-quality guest speakers
Share event details with Marketing Committee

CMWP BOOK CLUB

Participate in committee hosted events
Attend meetings and discussions fully prepared
Offer book selections relevant to the mission and goals of CMWP
Attend committee meetings and voice objective opinions on issues
Pay attention to CMWP activities that affect or are affected by the committee’s work
